The Level the Playing Field Leadership Academy is changing the future of Jacksonville one boy at a time. Every day we strive to empower boys of color from single-parent homes for success, with or without athletics. We understand that these young men are facing many challenges in their homes and communities and that if we don’t intervene, we could be sending them down a path of destruction.
